These lamps sit on the dressers next to our bed. The color is neutral but not my favorite. So I painted them white and then added a flower ribbon that I found at Hobby Lobby. Love that store!! Hate that I don't have it in my town!

I wanted to cover the whole shade in the flower ribbon but at 5 dollars a yard that was not going to happen. I bought 4 yards and it took about 3 just to do what I did. So if you want to do a project like this it can get pricey. Most places have coupons just keep looking!
White just brightens up the room doesn't it. I'm on the "hunt" for new lamps in my master bedroom - not sure what i am looking for - guess when i see it, i'll know it's perfect! xoxo
